My installation is a simulation of the experience of living under the oppressive bureaucratic occupation system that creates a state of chaos and helplessness. The installation consists of printers that print a list of 175 checkpoints (according to B’Tselem reports, as for 2021), photographs of 67 people in long exposure, a video art entitled “24 Hours in 7 Seconds,” filmed during a bus trip from Nazareth to Kafr Kanna, and another video art, “Sadda” that describes the experience of crossing a checkpoint.
